Section 212 - Course Substitution Policy

  1. The student will work with her/his academic advisor to complete the "Substitution of Required Course" which is available from Student Affairs office.
  2. Both the student and the academic advisor will sign and date the form and submit it to the Academic Affairs Office for approval.
  3. Academic Affairs will determine approval or not within five (5) days of receipt. If approved, the form will be forwarded to the Registrar's Office and placed in the student's file. If not approved, the form will be returned to the academic advisor with an explanation.
