Joe KressJoe Kress
Director, Southeast Technical Foundation

Joe started at the college in April of 2016 as the Director of Minnesota State College Southeast Foundation. Joe brings with him 8 years of work experience in fundraising development, relationship building, and non-profit experience. He is a graduate of University of Wisconsin Richland, 2005, and University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, 2008. Joe and his wife, Karie, live in Onalaska with their three children Carlos, Isabela, and Ethan. In his free time, Joe enjoys the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, camping, and golfing, as well as spending time with family and friends.


Casie JohnsonCasie Johnson
Director of Alumni and Scholarships

Casie started at the college in January of 2005, working in the President's Office and the Office of Advancement. She has 21 years of administrative experience with various roles in marketing, event planning, alumni, development and health care. She is also a 1994 and 2013 alum of MSC Southeast. She is a native of Winona, having spent 6 years living in Milwaukee before moving back to the area. She lives with her husband, Brad, and their three children, Ethan, Alexis, and Gavin. In her spare time, she enjoys movies, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
