Did you know that Red Wing Technical College and Winona Technical College’s merged in 1992 to form Minnesota State College – Southeast Technical?

So, if you graduated with a degree, diploma, or certificate from Red Wing Technical College, Winona Technical College, or Minnesota State College – Southeast Technical, you are considered a member of our alumni association!
