Transfer Appeal Process

Students may appeal any transfer decision from Southeast Technical by completing the Transfer of Credit Appeal Form. Completion of the form and additional supplemental information which may include a course description, syllabus, course outline, or course materials should be submitted to the Registrar’s Office.

The department and Dean of Academic Affairs will review the provided information within ten (10) days from the receipt of this form. A copy of the form will be sent to the student with the decision by the department and Dean of Academic Affairs. 

A student who is not satisfied with the decision made by Southeast Technical has the right to appeal to the Senior Vice Chancellor of Academic and Student Affairs at the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, Wells Fargo Place, 30 7th Street East, Suite 350, St. Paul, MN 55101-7804.
