Student Housing

Many students from out of town must rely on privately owned rental housing. Each campus provides a listing of rental units available in its community. The listing is updated regularly and is available to students through the student services office. A limited number of dorm rooms are available in Winona through Winona State University. It is strongly suggested that incoming students arrange for housing well in advance of the start of classes. The college does not assume any liability arising from the relationship between landlord and tenant.

The properties listed are provided to assist students in obtaining possible off-campus housing opportunities. Students are responsible for inspecting the property. Southeast Technical is not endorsing any specific properties for students by providing these listings. Southeast Technical disclaims any responsibility for the condition of any premise, terms of any lease by any landlord, or compliance with any applicable zoning ordinances.
