Small Business Development Center
Minnesota State College Southeast operates the SBA Small Business Development Center (SBDC) for the City of Winona and Goodhue County. The SBDC (SBDC Resource Page) services are provided through a partnership with Rochester Community and Technical College, the State of Minnesota and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
The following services are available through the SBDC at no cost to you.

- Financial Analysis and Loan Packaging
If additional financing is one of your growth needs, we can help you analyze your financial situation, identify sources of financing, organize the necessary documentation, and assist you in preparing a loan application.
