Before the changeover, your username was your StarID followed by "". Now, after the change, your login is still your StarID, but now it will be followed by ""


The changeover period took place on the weekend leading up to Monday, March 20. It is now complete!

You will have to update your account on your smartphone or mobile device. Usually, this just means changing your account’s username.

You can find help on setting up your mobile device by visiting the Office 365 Mobile Setup page.

NOTE: you may need to delete your account on your mobile device before installing the new app(s).

OneDrive was frozen between the March 17, 2017 - March 20, 2017 timeframe, but should be operational now.

After the changeover, you will need to reset any forwarding to personal accounts. The email won't be lost, but it simply won't forward to your personal account.
