two Primary Care LPNs. New LPN graduates and LPN's with experience are welcome
to apply. The individuals who fill these positions will be required to function
as a team member and work effectively with others in the clinic to perform a
variety of clinical functions.

The successful candidates must demonstrate a positive attitude, have good time
management and organizational skills, and strong technology and
customer/patient service skills. Experience maintaining, or ability to
maintain, punctuality and a satisfactory attendance record, as well as follow
established policies, protocols and procedures, is desired. Full-time work
hours are Monday through Friday with no call or after hours work requirements.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain a respectful work environment. Deliver nursing care under the
supervision of registered nurse/and or supervisor. Room patients, take vital
signs, clean and dress wounds, and monitor patients throughout treatment. Prepare
and clean exam rooms, obtain and disinfect supplies and equipment, transport
patients, provide reception and scheduling duties as needed. Perform delegated
medical treatments. Administer prescribed medicines and immunizations, perform
lab tests and assist with procedures. Report and record information in the EMR
in a timely manner. Coordinate flow of medical records. Document information as
necessary. Report and record any unusual occurrence per policy and procedure.
Complete documentation necessary to facilitate patient care. Handle all patient
information within boundaries set by patients' rights to confidentiality.
Communicate provider's care and discharge instructions. Attend and participate
in staff meetings, classes and inservices. Maintain familiarity and compliance
with OSHA and MERTKA guidelines. Participate in Quality Improvement projects as
needed. Other duties as assigned.
