Online Application Instructions

Please read the following notices and application steps before proceeding.

• You may apply to either the Red Wing or Winona Campus of Southeast Technical.
• This online application is NOT available for International students.  Contact our Admissions Office.
• Check Application Status!  You may login to your account periodically to check the status of your application.  You should receive a letter from Southeast Technical within two weeks of your application.

STEP ONE-Create Your Personal Account

Print this page of instructions and write down your username/password below for future reference.

STEP TWO-Login, Complete and Submit Online Application

Select a major on the screen titled “Admissions Information”.  If you choose No Major Declared, you will not be eligible to receive financial aid.

STEP THREE-Application Fee

You have the option to pay online or mail your payment to the campus you plan to attend.  The application process will not be completed until the $20 Application Fee has been received. 

STEP FOUR- Transcripts

Send an official high school transcript/GED and official transcripts from all colleges you attended to the campus you plan to attend.  If you have received an AAS Degree or higher, you are not required to have your high school transcript or GED information sent.

STEP FIVE-Transfer of Credit

If you would like to have your college transcripts evaluated for transfer of credit, complete the Transfer of Credit Application Form.  (LINK TO FORMS PAGE AND FORM)
