Bargaining Units & Associations

Minnesota State College-Southeast Technical employees provide a wide variety of services to college customers. These services are identified, grouped and associated with a specific bargaining unit or association for representative of employee interests. The college works with employees through the following bargaining units/associations.

• AFSCME – American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees
• MMA – Middle Management Association
• MAPE – Minnesota Association of Professional Employees
• MNA – Minnesota Nurses Association
