Employee Handbook

The Employee Handbook is designed to be a working guide for new employees on college practices, and policies and procedures as they become acquainted with Minnesota State College-Southeast Technical. It is also a resource for current employees as they carry out their day-to-day activities.

Changes and revisions to the college policies follow established guidelines as outlined in Policy #1055. Procedures and practices are subject to modifications and further development. Each employee can assist in keeping information up to date by notifying the Human Resources Office, as the need for change is apparent.
