
A minimum of one formal performance evaluation is scheduled annually for all non-faculty positions. This affords the opportunity to formally discuss job performance, training, review previous goals and set new goals, and to address other pertinent topics. The Performance Review and Development Plan form is used by both the employee and supervisor. Employees are contacted by their supervisor to schedule this evaluation. Evaluations are maintained in the employee’s personnel file.
Supervisors are encouraged to give feedback to employees on a continual basis. This can be done informally and does not need to be in a written format.
