The Workers’ Compensation Program is a no-fault insurance program that pays benefits for employees who sustain work-related injuries or illnesses. This program administered by the State of Minnesota is self-insured for workers’ compensation.
Accidents reported to the director of human resources are reviewed and submitted to the program.
