Responsibilities:
Activities related to technical college teaching
and learning including but not limited to:
- Instructional planning, teaching and learning
- Instructional facilitation
- Assess student and program performances
- Student recruitment, retention and advising prospective and enrolled
students
- Lab/classroom climate management
- Intepersonal relations, effective team member skills
- Maintenance of professional skills and credentials
Qualifications:
- Masters degree with a major in nursing, nursing administration, nursing
education, public health nursing or a nursing clinical specialty; and
- One year of nursing experience at the professional level
- Current MN Registration as an R.N.
- Effective presentation, organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate a computer in a Windows environment
- Effective presentation, organization and interpersonal skills
- Human relation skills to work with a diverse population of employees
and students
- Ability to travel as necessary for the position
