AS & AAS Liberal Arts & Sciences Course Listing

Southeast Technical requires a student enrolled in an AS degree program to complete a minimum of 30 AS level liberal arts and sciences semester credits in six (6) different transfer goal areas and a student enrolled in an AAS degree program to complete 15 AAS level liberal arts and sciences semester credits in three (3) different transfer goal areas. All students must complete at least one (1) Communications/English course and one (1) Mathematics course as well as any other liberal arts courses listed on the specific program plan.

Diploma & Certificate General Education Course Listing

The following is a list of diploma and certificate level general education courses delivered at Southeast Technical. Students enrolled in a diploma program must complete at least two (2) credits of Communications/English and two (2) credits of Mathematics as well as any other general education courses listed on the specific program plan.

Developmental General Education Course Listing

Developmental courses are designed to enhance the quality of student learning by strengthening academic skills and do not satisfy program requirements. Based on basic skills/placement test – ACCUPLACER scores, students enroll in developmental coursework so they will be better prepared to enter a program major.
