Guitar Repair and Construction Program – Expenses

All students, regardless of state/country of origin, pay resident/in-state tuition for the guitar program.

Tuition for the Guitar Repair & Consturction Program in the 2007-2008 academic year is $160.91 per credit. Tuition for 2008-2009 will likely increase.

Tools and Materials
The cost of required tools will range between $1500 and $2000, and additional materials and parts for building an acoustic guitar will range between $250 and $600. It is not necessary to spend more than the minimum to build a very high qualit,y excellent sounding instrument!

Additional
In addition to all of the above, students need to be prepared to cover their room, board and transportation expenses in order to attend the program.
