Guitar Repair and Construction Program – Expenses
All students, regardless of state/country of origin,
pay resident/in-state tuition for the guitar program.
Tuition for the Guitar Repair & Consturction Program
in the 2007-2008 academic year is $160.91 per credit. Tuition for
2008-2009 will likely increase.
This rate does not include school and program fees. For more specific information, refer to theTuition & Fees page on the Minnesota State College Southeast Technical web site.
Tools and Materials
The cost of required tools will range between $1500 and $2000, and additional materials and parts for building an acoustic guitar will range between $250 and $600. It is not necessary to spend more than the minimum to build a very high qualit,y excellent sounding instrument!
