Minnesota State College will be holding its 24th Annual Business and Professional Women’s Colloquium, Wednesday, April 21, from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Treasure Island Resort and Casino. The event celebrates the hard work and dedication of administrative assistants who are most often the “glue” that pulls their organization together. Attendees will enjoy displays and “storefronts” of many local businesses that feature special products and services of interest to women. The Event includes a spring fashion show, luncheon buffet and awards presentation for this year’s “Administrative Professional of the Year.” Keynote speaker Katy Smith is back by popular demand with her thought-provoking presentation “Taking Inventory of Milestones.” Smith has over 30 years of experience working side-by-side with families, educators and businesses, helping people connect and build strong, vital communities.
