Registration is the process used when a student signs up for classes. Registration procedures vary dependent upon student status and the program. Students have the final responsibility to select and register for courses that meet program requirements and to manage graduation requirements for their program major.
Persons wishing to take for-credit classes at Southeast Technicalare required to enroll and take a placement test before they register. See Applying for Admission for details.
Students returning to Southeast Technicalafter a lapse of attendance (one year or more) must submit an Intent to Return form to enroll. This form must be submitted at least one week prior to registration.
Once enrolled, students can register for classes, drop and add classes, and check their student accounts online through our Web registration site. The Web registration system is accessible from any internet-enabled computer and closes only for occasional technical upgrades or difficulties. Students may register at anytime between the first day of their Web registration window and the close date.
Students are assigned an academic advisor to help them plan their schedules. See Academic Advising for details.
