Access Budgets

MnSCU allows ISRS users to access department data via the Web . If you have a login and password for ISRS, you can access budget balance information by following these directions:

Click here to open MnSCU Interactive Report Web site (opens new window)

Then follow the steps below:

  1. Put in your username and password
  2. Select Red Wing/Winona TC from the drop menu
  3. Put in fiscal year i.e., 2006
  4. Then put in your six-digit cost center number
  5. Click on continue
  6. You then have two choices, either view and print or download your report
