Stay Informed, Stay Safe, Blackboard ConnectMinnesota State College Southeast Security is responsible for the physical security of all academic buildings located throughout the college.

The Winona and Red Wing Police Departments also patrol and respond to calls on campus 24 hours a day throughout the year. In case of an emergency at any time, please call 911.
