Job Description:

Jacobson Real Estate Co is currently seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will assist with client communications, respond to inquiries, maintain accurate records, and support daily administrative operations while delivering excellent customer service.

• Responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Assisting clients with basic account and service-related questions
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting administrative and customer support functions
• Upholding confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Currently enrolled student preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
