National Educational Music Company (NEMC) is growing, and we’re excited to add an experienced full-time Musical Instrument Repair Technician to our team! This is a full-time, hourly, in-person role at our locations in New Jersey, Connecticut, or Texas. Signing bonuses or relocation assistance available for strong candidates.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Service and repair rental fleet and customer owned instruments
- Diagnose damage and performance problems across a wide range of instruments Collaborative with other professionals in a fun, engaging environment
- Help coach and train new techs enrolled in our apprenticeship program

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Prior experience as an instrument repair technician (required)
- An organized, motivated self-starter who takes ownership of their work
- A strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail
THE DETAILS:
- Schedule: Full-time, up to 40 hours/week Pay: $25–$35/hour, based on experience
