Summary/Objective:

This position is responsible for merchandising Gillette Pepsi-Cola Beverages and ensures proper inventory levels on all products at customer accounts.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Merchandises product at assigned customer accounts:

  • Moves products from storerooms or trucks using pallet jacks, handcarts, manual/electric jacks etc. in a safe manner.
  • Places products on shelves, end caps and displays and in coolers and vending machines etc. according to merchandising standards and brand flow.
  • Keeps backroom space neat, stocked, and condensed.
  • Builds displays according to Gillette standards.
  • Rotates products regularly to avoid outdated product within assigned accounts.

2. Brings concerns about product overstock to the Distribution Supervisor's attention.

3. Communicates with Gillette Pepsi sales representatives through day to day discussions to ensure customer expectations are being met, customer specific requests, customer concerns etc.

4. Builds and maintains a superior customer relationship with customer accounts serviced.

5. Promotes the company and our products in all communications with customers and potential customers.

 

Work Schedule:

Part Time – every other weekend; Saturday & Sunday; 5 - 9 am and some weekdays.

Pay Rate: $13.50

Education and Experience Requirements:

  1. Actively pursuing or possess a High School Diploma or GED.
  2. Previous customer service or stocking experience preferred.
  3. Use of and adept at using a smart phone with functional apps.
  4. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record

Summary:  Experienced level of technical drafting work. Work assignments are varied and of considerable scope and complexity.

 

Qualifications:  Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and 2+ years of drafting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must have Solidworks experience.

                                                 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Incumbents break down information obtained from customer specifications, sketches, layout drawings and instructions furnished by others. Will convert the information into detailed drawings with section views, dimensions, assemblies and weldments.

-Supervision is limited; work is reviewed by peers or by more experienced staff as a quality procedure.

-Incumbents perform a variety of mathematical calculations using standard procedures.

-Incumbents have responsibility for coordinating with others to determine whether drawings can be executed efficiently and within expected tolerances, although at this level questions are less frequent due to knowledge and experience.

-Incumbents typically prepare bill of materials and specifications when drawings are complete.

-Incumbents prepare document packets for shop floor production.

-Uses Computer Assisted Drafting Design (CADD) equipment and software.

-Some time may be spent providing work direction, training, checking projects and providing technical help to less experienced staff.

-Other duties as assigned.

7. Provides feedback to Distribution Supervisor or Sales Supervisor regarding issues with customer accounts, competitive activity and/or any problems with meeting customer expectations, merchandising standards, etc.

8. Communicates with Gillette Pepsi sales representatives through day to day discussions to ensure customer expectations are being met, customer specific requests, customer concerns etc. and regularly checks notes on Gillette Link.

9. Builds and maintains a superior customer relationship with customer accounts serviced.

10. Promotes the company and our products in all communications with customers and potential customers.

Full Time – Non-Exempt; Monday - Friday; 5:00am start

Pay Rate: $22.65 per hour
