OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The Inventory Technician, under general supervision, receives incoming shipments, prepares outgoing shipments, escalates shipping concerns, and maintains an accurate, organized materials inventory. 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         Receives incoming material, checks items received against packing slip to ensure shipment is accurate and free of damage and enters receipts into the business systems

·         Communicates with supply chain coordinator and project manager on any material shortages/overages/damages on deliveries

·         Delivers incoming shipments of materials to proper destination along with appropriate labeling and paperwork

·         Works with the Supply Chain Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy and supports specific duties during their absence

·           Responsible for maintaining an organized materials stockroom with an accurate inventory system

·           Packages and prepares equipment, materials and parts for domestic and international shipping

·           Assists supply chain coordinator with shipping paperwork as needed

·           Delivers and picks up materials locally in a straight truck or cargo van

·           Works the time necessary to meet the needs of the Customer and the business

·           Safely operates material handling equipment

·           Maintains a clean and orderly work area

·           Identifies and supports implementation of inventory management process improvements

·           Performs other duties or tasks as assigned by team leader or shop supervisor

 

BASIC QUALIFCATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license is required
  • Two-year Associate’s degree in related area of study preferred
  • 2+ years of inventory management and/or warehousing experience is required
  • At least 1 year of previous experience with shipping/receiving/material handling
  • Ability to work overtime including weekends
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical

·           Understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Correspond with Customers regarding purchase orders and scheduling
  • Create and maintain jobs on the production floor using the MRP system

Manpower has partnered with a local timber harvesting and processing business and is looking for a full-time, long-term Lumber Stacker on first shift. This position does provide on the job training with advancement opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:

·         Stack and pile lumber

·         Piling boards and equipment

·         Identify and stock lumber in appropriate places

·         Use equipment to trim product

 QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs

·         Work in moderate to fast paced environment

·         High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

·         Ability to work well in team environment and independently

Job Title: Custodian-

 

Location: Lewiston

 

Shift: 1st Shift:  Monday – Friday: 6am–2pm

 

Manpower is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join an established local business in Lewiston, MN as a Custodian.

 

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

·         Cleaning lunchrooms and bathrooms

·         Vacuuming offices

·         Cleaning of production floor

·         Shoveling snow

·         Keeping areas clean inside and out

 

 

 

Desired Qualifications:

·         Above average attendance

·         Good communication skills

·         Availability to work flexible hours; i.e. early a.m.

·         Ability to work independently
