The Information Technology Help Desk provides assistance to Minnesota State College Southeast faculty, staff, and students in the use of technology. If your request is better handled by someone with more expertise in a particular area, Help Desk staff members will refer you to the appropriate technical contact. No appointment necessary!

Wondering how to log in to the network, find your student email, or get into D2L? Most basic questions can be answered by downloading and reading our Information Technology Guide (PDF).

You can quickly set up your college email on your phone. Follow the link and choose your device to get started. You'll need the following information.
- Email: your school email address (e.g. bob.jones@my.southeastmn.edu)
- Server: outlook.office365.com
- Domain: [leave blank]
- Username: StarID@my.southeastmn.edu (e.g. aa1122bb@my.southeastmn.edu)
- Password: your StarID password
