The Director of Secondary Relations plays a pivotal role in strengthening the educational pipeline and ensuring seamless transitions between Minnesota State College Southeast and its K–12 partners. This position leads the College's strategic initiatives to align educational pathways with the career and college aspirations of diverse student populations. The Director actively builds and maintains partnerships with key stakeholders, including school districts, pre-collegiate programs, colleges and universities, accreditation bodies, advisory committees, community organizations, workforce development programs, and Perkins consortia partners.

Accounting Officer
This position performs professional accounting work in the business office of Minnesota State College Southeast which is comprised of two campuses – Winona and Red Wing. The position involves reconciliation of the local bank account, reconciliation of SWIFT to MinnState, financial reporting, business expense reimbursements, backup procurement duties, and being a resource to College personnel on financial information and policy/procedure. This position also prepares complex financial statements for Southeast's Foundation. The work involves gathering financial data for reports and inquiries, analyzing and interpreting financial data, and recommending solutions under limited supervision. This position assists in ensuring compliance with Governmental Accounting Standards (GASB), Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (GAAP) and other applicable financial standards. This position is vital to ensure smooth functioning of the department and maintain the reputation of the organization as a viable business partner.

Accounts Payable
This Accounts Payable aids the Business Office in reporting correct expenses in a timely manner and provide accurate data for the institution, system, and state to make financial decisions. This position is the point of contact related to college-wide state treasury accounts payable processing, local accounts payable processing, and SWIFT day-end balancing. Under general supervision and following procedural controls, the position performs a combination of accounting and administrative support duties. These duties involve specialized knowledge of financial records and coding, inputting and accessing information accurately and in a timely manner. Additionally, this position serves as the main bookstore and cashiering/point-of-sale contact within the Red Wing campus bookstore.

Admissions Representative (Temporary, Red Wing Campus)
Admissions Representatives recruit all student prospects including traditional, non-traditional, first-generation, and students of a diverse background. This person will assist with enrollment management goals for the college by recruitment and advisement efforts, as well as provide input to the Enrollment Team. This position works with college faculty, high school counselors, the Associate Dean of Enrollment Management and conduct outreach to business and industry to broaden communication channels. This position is responsible for attaining annual enrollment and placement goals by use of continuous improvement strategies and skills. This person will have a key role in developing innovative approaches to expand access to information about the college. The home campus for this position is Red Wing, however, periodic travel to support the Winona campus is required. Limited Academic Appointment (January 2025 - March/April 2025)

General Repair Worker
The General Repair Worker is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of the facility's outdoor areas. This position performs a variety of semi-skilled building maintenance tasks that includes preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment. Performs duties that include maintenance and repair of campus grounds, parking lots, and landscaping projects. The incumbent also performs daily custodial duties of the grounds to provide safe and comfortable surroundings for staff, students, and the public.

Minnesota State College Southeast recognizes providing the safest environment possible is an integral element of the college's educational mission and annually publishes a Campus Security Report that is available to everyone.
