Please Note: Cosmetology cohorts for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 have reached enrollment capacity. We encourage students interested in a future semester to apply to the college. After acceptance, you will receive an email with details about the waitlist process and upcoming start terms. Our music programs are fall start only. They do not offer spring semester starts.

Degrees in Band Instrument Repair

Band Instrument Repair DIP

In 2 semesters of comprehensive study, the Band Instrument Repair program will teach you the fundamentals of repairing clarinets, trumpets, flutes, trombones, saxophones, French horns, oboes, bassoons, and large brass.

You will also learn how to fabricate tools and instrument parts using lathes, drill presses, sanders, and bench motors.

Band Instrument Repair AAS

The Associate of Applied Science degree option is designed for students who want to take the one-year band instrument repair program, but have enough transferable college general education credits to complete the A.A.S. degree as well.

In 2 semesters of comprehensive study, the Band Instrument Repair program will teach you the fundamentals of repairing clarinets, trumpets, flutes, trombones, saxophones, French horns, oboes, bassoons, and large brass.
