Minnesota State College Southeast endorses and is committed to complying with the Minnesota State Post-secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) Program Policies and Procedures (System Policy 3.5 Post-secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) Program; System Procedure 3.5.1 Post-secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) Program.  It shall be the responsibility of all employees of Minnesota State College Southeast to promote and apply both the Minnesota State and Minnesota State College Southeast Policies and Procedures.
