Minnesota State College Southeast endorses and is committed to complying with all Minnesota State Alcoholic Beverages or Controlled Substances on Campus Policies and Procedures (Minnesota State - 5.18 Alcoholic Beverages or Controlled Substances on Campus). It shall be the responsibility of all employees of Minnesota State College Southeast to promote and apply both the Minnesota State and Minnesota State College Southeast Policies and Procedures. 

PROCEDURE

• Student violations to this policy will be directed to the Dean of Students (507-453-1422) to be addressed.

• Faculty and staff violations to this policy will be directed to the Chief Human Resources Officer (507-453-2673) to be addressed.

• Guest violations to this policy will be directed to the Director of Security (507-457-5555) to be addressed.
