Strategic Plan: Next Steps to Success

MSCS StudentsThe 2026-2027 Strategic Plan is a visionary roadmap for the college, rooted in a substantive environmental scanning process and taking into account feedback and input from students, staff, faculty, and community stakeholders. The plan identifies strategies to support the college in achieving its mission and further laying a course for growth.

This plan outlines the college's priorities across four areas: 

  • Student Success
  • Teaching and Learning
  • Community Impact
  • Financial Effectiveness

With a clear focus on our priorities, we have set aspirational goals that will help Southeast grow and thrive. Tracking key performance indicators will make it clear when we have succeeded in reaching our goals, and when there is more work to do.
