New Students
If you have never attended college before, you are considered a "new" student. Graduating high school seniors, veterans, and adult learners are just a few examples of our many new students. Please contact the admissions office if we can be of assistance in any way! Call us at 507-453-2700 or email enrollmentservices@southeastmn.edu.

STEP 1. APPLY: Complete the online application.
STEP 2. SUBMIT DOCUMENTS: Submit transcripts and proof of immunization.
STEP 3. ASSESS PLACEMENT: Determine which English and math courses are right for you.
STEP 4. ORIENTATION: Complete New Student Orientation online.
STEP 5. REGISTER FOR CLASSES: Connect with your advisor to select your coursework.
STEP 6. FINANCIAL AID AND SCHOLARSHIPS: Finalize your financial arrangements and apply for scholarships.
