Satisfactory Academic Progress Evaluation Period
A student's satisfactory academic progress will be reviewed at the end of each term, including summer. Completion of SAP reviews will occur before the 10th day of the academic term.
If at the end of the evaluation period a student has failed to meet the GPA Requirement, Completion Percentage Requirement, or Maximum Timeframe Requirement, the student will be placed on Academic/ Financial Aid Warning, Academic/ Financial Aid Probation or Suspension status.
If at the end of the evaluation period, a student meets the college's SAP standards they are considered in good academic standing.
