We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our service team. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and servicing commercial and industrial HVAC systems for a variety of customer facilities. What You'll Do
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Service rooftop units, split systems, package units, boilers, pumps, and related equipment.
• Identify mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues and recommend solutions.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Complete service reports and related documentation.
• Maintain safe work practices and company safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• EPA Universal Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
• Commercial refrigeration experience.
• Boiler and hydronic system experience.
• Building Automation Systems (BAS) or controls exposure.
• Industrial, healthcare, or mission-critical facility experience.
• Technical degree, trade school education, or related industry training.
