1st Shift Monday-Thursday | 4:00 AM-2:30 PM Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
2nd Shift Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM-2:00 AM Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
3rd Shift Tuesday-Friday | 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM Monday-Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Responsibilities Read and follow simple blueprints and work instructions Assemble and fasten components according to specifications Sew components as needed Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met Operate small tools and equipment safely and effectively Rotate between tasks throughout the shift Participate in team-based production activities
Qualifications: Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum of eight months of prior work experience in any industry Ability to stand and move throughout the shift Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and coordination assessment Strong reliability and attendance Willingness to learn and work effectively as part of a team
