Job Description: This nurse will provide care to an extremely premature infant with a trach, vent, & G-tube. New grads are welcome. We will provide training! Provides home care nursing in accordance with the physician's plan of care. Reports significant changes in the client's condition to the family, RN Clinical Manager, & physician. Obtains physician orders for changing client care needs. Maintains accurate & current plan of care, physician's orders, and medication profile for the client. Charts care thoroughly & accurately during shift. Provides advice & support to clients & their families.
Qualifications: Must be a licensed RN or LPN in Minnesota.
