Utility Failure
Utility failures include; electrical power outages, disrupted cable service, interrupted telephone service, water or heat not available. In the event of a major utility failure, follow these guidelines.
During regular business hours:
Notify Maintenance at 2770 immediately, (if telephone service is not available, go to the Maintenance office, located at Minnesota State College (Room 215)
Evacuate the building if an emergency exists.
Call 911 immediately if there is potential danger to the building(s) and/or its occupants.
After regular business hours and/or weekends:
After hours (WSU Security at 507-457-5555) If telephone service is not available.
